In the treatment of pediatric amputation, local anesthesia is first applied to the tooth. Since the tooth is anesthetized, it is not possible to feel any pain or ache.

During the application of the treatment, all caries and damaged nerve tissue on the visible surface of the tooth should be cleaned. No action is taken on the nerves and vessels in the root of the tooth.

By injecting medicine into the inner part of the tooth, the tooth is filled like a normal filling. The amputation procedure is applied in two different ways, for normal teeth and milk teeth.
